Purchase of any Brave Moms Academy program or membership grants you a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

Members may not:

-Allow others to access the membership using their account

-Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

3. Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

For membership subscriptions: Billing occurs automatically according to the billing plan selected at checkout.

Members may cancel at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation does not refund previous payments unless otherwise stated.

4. Community Participation

Some programs include access to a private community platform where members can interact, receive coaching, and support one another. By participating in the community, members agree to maintain a respectful and supportive environment.

Members agree to:

-Treat all members with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

Confidentiality

Members must respect the privacy of others. Personal stories, private messages, and coaching discussions shared within the community must not be shared outside the community without permission.

-No Spam or Solicitation

-Members may not use the community to:

-Promote businesses

-Sell products

-Recruit clients

-Send unsolicited promotional messages (unless explicitly permitted by moderators.)

Appropriate Content

Members must not post offensive, explicit, or inappropriate material.

5. Community Moderation

To maintain a healthy environment, Brave Moms Academy moderators reserve the right to:

-remove posts

-restrict participation

-suspend accounts

-remove members from the community

Removal from the community does not entitle the member to a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Brave Moms Academy, including but not limited to:

videos

written materials

frameworks

worksheets

coaching resources

is the intellectual property of Brave Moms Academy LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

We make no guarantee of specific results.

Outcomes vary depending on effort, family dynamics, and other factors outside our control.
